Brad Pilon has worked in fitness and nutrition for many years, so when he first decided to put out the Eat Stop Eat ebook, many people clamored to pick one up. Well I’ve tried it, and now I’m ready to give you my thoughts in my Eat Stop Eat review.
See what Eat Stop Eat is all about.
The first thing that caught my eye is, how can you eat, stop and then eat to make things work out properly? So many diets are more along the lines of stop, stop and stop eating.
In the 78 pages or so in this Eat Stop Eat ebook, Pilon advises his people to eat whatever they want, then fast, and then eat again. This interval type of eating will speed up your metabolism so you can burn off the calories faster. While you are eating this way, you will also be working out properly to turn that fat into muscle.
The trick with Eat Stop Eat is the fact that, while not eating for long periods of time can slow down your metabolism, this technique will actually have the opposite effect. You usually only have to fast one or two times a week, and the rest of the time you can eat whatever you want (without going to complete extremes).
This all sounds great on paper and all, but what you probably want to know is how this works in the real world. Since both my sister and I were wanting to lose that last 10 pounds, I said, hey, will you do this workout with me? She obliged, mainly because she thought of it as not a real diet. Which can be helpful to you too if you want help your thought process out.
See how others did with Eat Stop Eat.
I’ll admit that the first time trying Eat Stop Eat, my fasting went a little shaky. I was not used to that, but the good thing is once you do it the first time, you can handle it much better. By the end of the cycle, I was able to handle it with ease. I began to eat healthier on the off days as well, which made it so much easier to drop weight.
The Eat Stop Eat plan may not fit everyone’s style, but for most people they can make it happen. I feel it is a lot easier than a real diet, since you have freedom to eat what you want the majority of the time. Just make sure to take the fasting serious, as well as work out properly, and the results will follow like they did for my sister and I.
Eat Stop Eat all in all is a great program. If you are looking to get started, check them out here.
